Since there has not been a whole lot of good stuff out there to tell you about I thought I would share a recipe with you. This is one of my favorite quick and easy recipe! It just has 4 ingredients and it is full of flavor! Try it for dinner this week!
Chicken and Stuffing Bake
~4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
~4 slices Swiss cheese
~1 box Stove Top stuffing (prepared as directed on package)
~8 oz gravy (can be homemade or canned)
Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken in a greased casserole dish. Layer Swiss cheese on top. Spread prepared stuffing next. Pour gravy all over. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
Sounds good!! I’ll have to try it with the cheese.
