Recipe of the Week – Yorkshire Pudding

This is a family recipe that has been passed on from generation to generation! I remember my grandma making these with roast beef, mashed potatoes, and pan gravy. This is my absolute favorite meal! I made this the other night and my 4 year old ate 3 of them! They are great for soaking up the extra gravy on your plate.

Yorkshire Pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 eggs
salt
Directions
~Preheat oven to 425.
~Heavily grease a cup cake tin (oil and melted butter).
~Combine ingredients and pour in cup cake tin – about 2/3 full.
~Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then lower the temp to 350 for additional 15 minutes.
~Try not to open the oven while cooking. They may take less time so hopefully you can peek at them through your oven window.
~Sometimes they stick to the pan so be careful when you remove them from the pan.
