Did you know that CVS has a flu quiz on their website that will give you a $5 off $25 printable coupon after you complete it. You can only print this coupon once. Each coupon has a unique bar code and it can only be redeemed one time.
You can take the quiz 3 times from 3 different links and it will have 3 different bar codes!
