I was so excited to find marshmallow creme here in Mexico. We use to bring it from Florida but by the time it got here it had exploded! Today I used the creme to make peanut butter fudge. It is such a simple and delicious recipe!
The Best Peanut Butter Fudge
2 cups sugar
½ c milk
1-1/3 c peanut butter
1 jar (17 oz) marshmallow crème
In a saucepan combine milk and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and marshmallow crème. Mix well. Pour into a greased 8X8 Pan. Chill. Cut into squares. Makes 3-4 dozen
