I have cashed out some if it to use at Amazon. I have also cashed out my earning to get a Citibank Prepaid gift card. When you get a Citibank card they have an account with a credit card number you can use for online shopping. You can also pay $1.95 and get a card to use on your everyday purchases. (When you get to 50 point you can get an instant Amazon gift card. 50 points = $5. When you get to 150 points you will get $15 on your Citibank Visa.)
They just added Restaurant.com as a reward option. For 100 points you will get a $50 Restaurant.com rewards certificate. This is a great option if you want to eat out and ave money!
Most surveys are between 20 and 50 points. They will take about 15-30 minutes depending on the length of the survey. I was invited to an online chat that lasted an hour and they paid me $50!!
If you are looking for an easy was to earn some extra cash – you should really check out this survey site. Please note you will not get picked for every survey they send you. You are asked a few qualifying questions first. Make sure you have your whole profile filled out. I have about 7 surveys available for me right now. Try to take the surveys as soon as you can so you have a better chance to qualify for the survey.

You can also chose to get a check sent to you once you get 200 points. It takes 4-6 weeks to get the check. I would suggest get the Citibank card. It only takes a few days
