No Bake Apple Oatmeal Cookies

I love no bake cookies. I don’t usually burn my cookies, but I hate having to monitor the cookies. So when I came across this recipe for No Bake Apple Oatmeal Cookies – I knew I had to try them. I pretty much followed her recipe but I didn’t add the walnuts. My kids aren’t big fans of nuts in their cookies.

They were really easy to throw together. Plus I learned my kids love to eat grated apples. It’s such a fun way to eat apples and they are eating fruit!

I just made these and Oh. My. God are they amazing!! I used granny smith apples in them and they were sooooo easy to make and my kids love them! I had to double the recipe which made about 3 dozen. Just amazing.

I'm guessing you don't need to refrigerate these?

No but I put them in the fridge to get them to set faster.
