Sometimes I get into a food rut and I need some new ideas. I love food and I love to add some healthy options to our menu. Clean eating is just eating more natural foods – not processed foods.

I have a really hard time having processed foods in my home because they seem to make it so easy. But really – they aren’t that much easier. I like to spend a day prepping my meals for the week. That includes things like washing and chopping produce or making snacks for my kids for the week.
