PosterPass.com

I don’t usually post about reviews of companies but I believe the customer service at Posterpass.com has been so horrible that I needed to warn others!
I tried to do one of those offers where you complete certain offers and they give you a prize (like gift cards, Iphones, etc.). That’s another story because I did complete all 8 of the offers and only received credit for 2!
I signed up for Posterpass.com and received 5 posters for $25. You could cancel at anytime or they would send you 2 posters twice a month for $39.80. I received my 5 posters and then the next 3 days in a row I received posters! I was charged $119.40. I had called and canceled after I received my 5 posters but it was too late they had already sent out 6 more posters! This was the end of March. I promptly sent back the 6 posters and waited 2 weeks and no credit was received on my credit card! I called and they said they received the poster but the credit was not issued! I was told they would process the credit and it would take 7-10 business days. Guess what I did not get my credit back!
I called back and they said there was an error processing it so they had to send it to a manager to process it. I was told on the phone and by email it would take 3-5 business days. (This is now the end of May!)
3-5 business days later I still did not receive the credit! So I called again. I was told that becasue of the processing error it would not show up until the next billing cycle! I was told to expect it around the 15th of June! This will be 2 1/2 months after I sent back the posters!
I asked if I would get credit for the interest I paid and they said NO! It was company policy! It was their processing error that cause this delay – they should refund the interest! I am sure it is not that much but it is the point!

I think Posterpass.com has handled this horribly! I will NEVER buy anything from Posterpass.com again. I hope this information will help many people avoid buying posters from Posterpass.com and it will help them to adjust the way they handle things!

Stay away from Posterpass! They will steal your money!

Our Easter Plans….

Easter is different here. It doesn’t feel like it is as big of a deal as I’d like it to be. Not many little girls in pastel dresses or boys in cute outfits. Hardly any stores have Easter treats on sale. It has gotten better since we moved here. We can now find plastic eggs – but no baskets to decorate for the kids. You can’t even find stuff to dye eggs! Growing up my mom would make a ton of Easter chocolates – bunny pops, crosses, bunnies, etc! It was always so much fun helping her make the chocolates! One thing we can’t get here that I will not miss is the grass for the baskets! Easter is a holiday I miss celebrating in the US.

This year we haven’t decided how we are going to celebrate. In years past we have had friends over or gone to our friends houses. I love to cook and enjoy the whole Easter feast! We will probably have a ham, and hash brown casserole (if I can figure out how to make it with fresh potatoes), green bean casserole, rolls, and of course a tons of sweets!

Here are a few of the things I am going to try to make:

Homemade Peanut Butter-Filled Chocolate Easter Eggs - at Baking Bites

Easter Nests with Jelly Bean Eggs from Happy to be at Home.

I want to melt some chocolate and make something but I don’t think I can get any kind of molds here.

I am sure we will have a great day celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior regardless of what we eat or what we do!

HAPPY EASTER!!
