Update- Hasn’t couponing changed so much over the years. Now so many coupons are digital. I like it becasue it’s easy and it cuts down on fraud. But I feel like they hardly offer any kinds of good deals any more with coupons.
I just joined a CVS program that is $5 per month and you get $10 ECB per month. Plus you get 20% off CVS stuff. It’s kinda nice to go in and just do a quick deal.
Last week I got 2 things of toothpaste and 2 bottles of body wash and I paid .21 cents after the ECBs. And then I got $6 back in ECBs. So no I can combine my new month’s $10 ECB with the $6 and get a pretty good deal!
What has worked for you to save money?
Well that crazy show Extreme Couponing is back. I am not a big fan of that show because there has been proven use of fraudulent coupons and it is never a good practice to clear the shelves. I hope I can teach you a little bit about Smart Couponing. Buy the stuff you need – or the stuff you can get for free and donate your extras! Saving money does not have to be stressful.
You should also expect to save about 50% – 70% off your grocery bill. You will rarely ever save 99% like they show on Extreme Couponing!
