You should really join Nielsen Research Panels. About 2 weeks ago I got an email from Nielsen asking me if I watched prime time TV and would be willing to answer questions on my mobile phone about what I was viewing on TV. They would pay me $50 with incentives.
I did this survey for them for 1 week. I just answered questions about what I was watching, who I was watching it with, etc. I received an email after 1 week saying that I will be receiving a check for $100. I guess the incentive was an extra $50 for completing the survey every night.
