I signed up for this a couple months back and have attempted to use it at multiple stores and it didn't work. Also, the clerks there have NO clue what it is and how to get it to work. A shame, since I had earned some money off. I tried at the pump and also inside, and nada :(

Im sorry it hasn't worked for you. They have written on their Facebook page that they are adding new gas stations into the program. They have a map of all the Shell's that accept this program. Is your local Shell one of those stores? If so, maybe call them and ask them about it.
