Got Questions About Food? Should I Scoop Out My Bagel Answers Them!

Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions? Should I be eating this? Can I enjoy a bagel with cream cheese? Why does sugar have so many names? Do I need to buy all organic products?

There is so much information out there about food and you may not be sure what is true. That is why I love Should I Scoop Out My Bagel. This book is like talking to your girlfriends about making better choices. It’s also broken down into little chapters that answer 99 questions! I kept it with me everywhere I went – I would read it in the school pick up line, the doctors office, and during the few moments I would get at night after everyone was asleep. I learned so much and you will too.

Should I Scoop Out My Bagel and 99 Other Answers to Your Everyday Diet and Nutrition Questions to Help You Lose Weight, Feel Great, and Live Healthy is written in short chapters that answer 99 questions that you probably wanted to ask – but never had anyone to ask. Ilyse Schapiro and Hallie Rich have twenty-five years of combined experience in the health field and they are able to cover the multitude of questions that constantly top the list.

You can order the book at Amazon.com (paperback or Kindle), Barnes & Nobel, or Goodreads. It’s a very informative book that will make sense and help you make better choices.
