Last week I shared with you how I make my meal plan based on our daily activities. I have quick meals, slow cooker meals, etc to make sure can have dinner on the table no matter how busy we are each night. Now you can add InnovAsian Frozen Cusine to your meal plan as a quick dinner.
Most families need quick meals that their whole family loves on their meal plan list. My kids love Chinese food and with InnovAsian Frozen Cuisine I can get dinner on the table faster than ordering take-out! They have several varieties that you heat and serve so I can have dinner done and make it to my sons baseball game on time or spend some extra time with my family . (Plus clean up is a breeze!)
When I was at Walmart last week, I picked up InnovAsian Frozen Cuisine General Tso’s Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Fried Rice. It tasted so good . It was a complete meal and it was so easy to make.
These products have no MSG and they are made with all-white-meat chicken. The lightly tempura battered is so light and crispy. And the sauce is so thick and flavorful. It’s better than takeout!
You pre-heat the oven, put the chicken in a pan, and heat it for 15 minutes. Then you add the sauce and cook it for an additional 5 minutes – dinner is done! You can have dinner ready in just 2 minutes. The fried rice was even easier. You microwave it for about 7 minutes.
I am very picky about frozen meals and I can truly say this was just as good as if I made it from scratch. It’s much faster and easier and there is a lot less mess.
I wanted to add some more veggies to the meal so I make a quick side dish of Zucchini Stir Fy Noodles while the chicken was heating up in the oven. We didn’t have any leftovers and I had a very happy family.
Zucchini Stir Fy Noodles
- 3 zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 yellow squash, spiralized
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a large saute pan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat. Add the onion flakes and stir. Cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the zucchini and yellow squash. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove the lid and stir. Add the salt, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Cover and cook for about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked completely.
Note – You can also dice up the zucchini and it will still be a great side dish.
