Then you add a few more ingredients and you have these Easy Easter Cookie Recipe With M&Ms! They are so easy your kids could make them with you.

In our house, we love to make a few desserts for Easter dinner. One year we had dinner for 40 people in our house. I was so happy that I could make several of my favorite desserts. 

I love having people in my home – so a huge Easter dinner is the best way to spend Easter! 

      

Easy Easter Cookie Recipe With M&Ms

 

Ingredients

• 1 box 15 oz white cake mix
•  ¼ cup of flour
• ⅓  cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 10 oz. Bag of Easter M&M’s

 

 

Instructions for Easy Easter Cookie Recipe With M&Ms

 

Preheat oven at 350º F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 

 

Combine cake mix, flour, oil, vanilla extract, and 2 eggs until combined. I used a large spoon but you can also use a mixer if you want. 

 

 

Once the other ingredients are combined, add the M&Ms*.

 

 

Scoop out about 1 Tablespoon of batter on to the cookie sheet. 

Bake for 7-8 minutes – you do not want to overbake these cookies. 

 

 

Let sit for about 2 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack. (Or line your counter with paper towels to let the cookies cool.)

 

This recipe will make about 30 cookies. 

*TIP – Set aside about 1/2 cup of the M&M’s and place them on top of the cookie dough balls before you bake them. This way you can see the M&Ms on top of your cookies and they aren’t all baked inside.
