Jalapeno Popper Deviled Eggs Recipe

It cuts the time in half! No need to cook, cool and peel the eggs – they are ready to be cut and filled. 

We have a lot of BBQs to attend this summer and I will be making Jalapeno Popper Deviled Eggs all the time. I can make them in about 20 minutes. It’s a super fast appetizer recipe you can make for any party. 

 

    

 

Jalapeno Popper Deviled Eggs

  • 12 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 Slices of Bacon – cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped jalapenos (from a jar)
  • 2 fresh jalapenos sliced thin

 

Instructions for Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs:

Cut the Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs in half. Place the yolks into a large bowl and set aside the white parts for later.

Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise and spices, to the bowl with the yolks and use a potato masher to combine the ingredients until smooth.

Fold in the jalapenos and bacon – reserve some bacon for garnish.

Use a piping bag to add the egg yolk mixture into the eggs – be generous!

Top with a fresh sliced jalapeno and bacon. Serve and enjoy!
