“The Faithful: Women of the Bible” on FOX + Free Printable

Last Updated on March 20, 2026 by Janell

Have you ever looked at your life—the mistakes, the messy dynamics, the seasons of waiting—and wondered if God could still use you?

If you answered “yes,” you are not alone. You are just like the women of the Bible, whose stories are similar to ours.

It’s often tempting to put the heroes of the Bible on a pedestal, seeing them as flawless figures far removed from our daily struggles. But when you really read the scriptures, especially in the Book of Genesis, you find women who are incredibly human. They were women who struggled with doubt, wrestled with control, dealt with jealousy, and felt unseen.

They were imperfect. But God was, and is, faithful.

A Landmark TV Event: The Faithful

That’s why I am so excited about the highly anticipated Biblical Event Series, The Faithful: Women of the Bible, starring Minnie Driver, Natacha Karam, Jeffrey Donovan, and more.

This drama, filmed in beautiful locations in Rome and Matera, Italy, premieres Sunday, March 22 (8:00–10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. This three-week television event culminates on Easter Sunday, April 5.

If you miss the live airing, don’t worry—episodes will also stream the next day on Hulu.

What makes this series so special is how it thoughtfully brings to life stories from Genesis, focusing specifically on the women whose lives were woven into God’s perfect plan.

Through their moments of brokenness and trust, waiting and forgiveness, the series helps us to see familiar passages with renewed understanding and compassion.

The Faithful Women Of The Bible

The series follows the journeys of five iconic women of faith:

  • Sarah (played by Minnie Driver): A woman learning to trust God’s promises even when hope feels impossible.
  • Hagar (played by Natacha Karam): A woman discovering that God sees and cares for the forgotten.
  • Rebekah (played by Alexa Davalos): A woman wrestling with family, purpose, and the consequences of choice.
  • Leah (played by Millie Brady) and Rachel (played by Blu Hunt): Two sisters navigating love, identity, and God’s blessing in the midst of fierce competition.

Executive-produced by the legendary Carol Mendelsohn (CSI) and Julie Weitz, with showrunner Rene Echevarria, this series promises powerful storytelling that points toward hope.

As we watch these stories unfold over the next three weeks, I want us to remember that our own struggles and perseverance are part of a bigger story God is writing.

I was inspired by the women’s experiences, and I wanted to create something special for you to keep these powerful reminders in front of your eyes.

I’ve designed two free resources, inspired by Sarah, Hagar, Rebekah, and the “worth-war” of Leah and Rachel.

1. The “Cut-and-Keep” Flyer: This is an 8.5×11 printable that contains four beautifully designed cards. These are perfect to print out, cut up, and tape to your bathroom mirror, tuck inside your Bible, or tape to your computer monitor. Each card features a crucial takeaway from their story—focusing on how God uses our messiest moments—along with a specific scripture notation for deeper study.

2. Phone Wallpapers: I also formatted these same truths into wallpaper reminders for your smartphone! That way, every time you pick up your phone to check your notifications, you will be met with a moment of encouragement and truth.

You can download both the printable flyer and the full set of wallpapers below!

Watch Together and Find Encouragement

These women remind us that God works through imperfect people to accomplish a purpose far greater than any one life. Their story points forward to hope, and yours does, too.

As you enjoy The Faithful: Women of the Bible on FOX, I encourage you to remember how God used these women. Consider watching the series with family, friends, or a small group.

Use these cards to spark conversations about faith, trust, and how we see God’s faithfulness across generations.

Don’t forget to catch the premiere on Sunday, March 22 on FOX!
