Can you believe it is already Cinco De Mayo! You probably didn’t realize that this is not a holiday that is actually celebrated nationwide in Mexico. It is celebrated in a city a few hours from Mexico City to celebrate a battle that they won. But it’s a great excuse to eat delicious Mexican food!
