What did we do before the internet? I wanted a recipe for peanut butter sauce and I saw a few and adjusted it to what I had in the house. I would have taken a picture – but it’s just about gone. So you will have to trust me that this is easy and delicious!
Peanut Butter Sauce
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter
In a small sauce pan add sugar and water. Over medium heat bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Wisk in peanut butter and mix well. Serve over your favorite ice cream. Or dip banana pieces in it! I would suggest, if you have any left over, store it in your fridge.
Next time I am going to try this chocolate sauce recipe.
