I am always trying to find new ways to eat healthier. My kids are not very picky and they will try anything I make! My 6 year old and 3 year old even like to eat red peppers cut into “french fries” for a snack. I am not so good about eating healthy. I would pick a cookie over a fruit any day! I love to eat. I spend so much time in the kitchen. My other problem is I can easily get into ruts. I decide that chicken fajitas are really easy and we eat them like 3 times a week.

I am really looking forward to this book because I would love to get to a healthier weight. I have had 3 kids so now its time to get to an ideal weight, not just my pre-pregnancy weight. I want to be healthier so that I can be an example for my kids. As a Mom I need books like this to help me!
