Amazing Cookies (Peanut Butter, M&M's, Chocolate Chips, & Oatmeal)
Last Updated on July 18, 2013 by Janell

We love cookies. These cookies have become our favorite cookies. They have everything delicious - chocolate chips, oatmeal, peanut butter, and M&M's. How can you go wrong with those ingredients! My son actually prefers his without M&M's so we make a few just for him.
These are also know as Monster Cookies - but I just think they are amazing! If you follow any of my recipes you know that I love to cook with pudding - so make sure you always have a little pudding powder in your house for extra yumminess in your cookies!
Amazing Cookies
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla pudding powder
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 & ¼ cups all purpose flour
- ½ cup quick oats - these are the small oats
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup of M&M's (I used 2 small bags)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl add the butter, sugars, pudding powder, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and oats to the bowl and mix until all the ingredients are well mixed. (I know people like to use 2 bowls but I think the recipe works fine and I avoid the extra bowl to clean.)
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well (again).
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a cookie sheet. (I have an awesome Medium Cookie Scoop
that makes the perfect cookies.)
- Add a few M&M's to each of the cookies and flatten a little with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. (You may want to check them sooner if you make them smaller.)
I think that I will start to make a double batch of these cookies because they don't make many. This batch made about 28 cookies - it really depends on the size of your cookies. But I love to freeze the cookie dough so I can just pull it out and make a few cookies when we need a snack.

These do look amazing! Thanks for sharing at my Pin Me Party!
Mmmmmm, these do look yummy and I could use a dozen right about now! Stopping by from the All THings Pretty Linky Party.
