I wish I would have read some tips from Marie Kondo, a world-renowned organizational expert and best-selling author of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up. She has so many great ideas! Did you know that the average household has 52 extra or unused items worth over $4,000 in their home that can be turned into money by selling them on eBay.
Time was passing so quickly and we had to get rid of things that I literally gave away many items that I could have sold on eBay. We didn’t have the space on the moving van to bring everything with us. So clothing, handbags and shoes were left behind. These are bestsellers on eBay – especially items that are new or like-new.

As my husband was cleaning out his office, he came across many valuable items that he also gave a way that would have been easy to sell on eBay. Selling previous generation technology on eBay is simple and easy, and sellers can earn the most money* on eBay for popular electronics such as iPads, iPhones and video games.

Have I just described many of the items sitting around in your home collecting dust or taking up space? Now is the time to make your plan. Identify the items you love and bring you joy. Then decide what items you no longer need. According to Marie Kondo, don’t keep something just because you may need it someday. If you haven’t used it in a while, it’s time to say good bye!
