I’m a snacker! I could eat a big breakfast, lunch and dinner and I will still need to find something to snack on. I work from home – so if I have the snacks in my house I will eat them! Sure, it would be easier if I didn’t have so much food in my house but I have 3 kids and they like to eat too!
Are you a snacker? Meta Appetite Control partnered with registered dietitian nutritionist Jessica Fishman Levinson MS, RDN, CDN, to create six Snack ID profiles and to provide healthy snacking tips, customized for each profile.
To bring these Snack IDs to life, Meta Appetite Control partnered with POPSUGAR to turn these Snack ID profiles and tips into an interactive, online quiz. Take the quiz and share the results.
I’m officially a stressed out snacker!
That doesn’t surprise me. There’s a lot going on in life and it’s easy to be stressed. Going for a walk is such a great tip. I need to remember that when I walk into the kitchen for a snack – I should just put on my sneakers and take a walk around the block.
Click here to take the quiz and tell me what kind of snacker you are!
So how is a mom supposed to have a house fully stocked with food and not want to eat it? Meta Appetite Control is able to help me do just that!
Meta Appetite Control is clinically proven to help you feel fuller between meals.* Their tasty fiber supplement is from the makers of Metamucil. Add it to cold drinks to make a delicious beverage. And it works naturally with your body to help suppress your appetite between meals.* .
I can start my day with a cup of coffee or tea and also at least a 8 ounce glass of water with 2 teaspoons of Meta Appetite Control. I can do this up to 3 times per day to get the benefit of feeling less hungry between meals.*
A smoothie is also a great way to start the day. I can make them up ahead of time and put them in the freezer so I can just pop them in the blender. Below is a recipe that is easy to make and is delicious. I usually have some frozen or fresh strawberries in my house and I always have bananas. When they are very ripe, I slice them up and stick them in the freezer for smoothie recipes. It’s a great way to not waste so much food.
