Sometimes I get into a food rut and I need some new ideas. I love food and I love to add some healthy options to our menu. Clean eating is just eating more natural foods – not processed foods.
I have a really hard time having processed foods in my home because they seem to make it so easy. But really – they aren’t that much easier. I like to spend a day prepping my meals for the week. That includes things like washing and chopping produce or making snacks for my kids for the week.
It’s hard at first to get into the routine of making things by yourself – but in the longrun, it’s worth it for your family’s health!
