Do you ever just look at the Publix ad and think there are so many amazing BOGO deals?! I get excited every week when I get a peek at what’s going to be on sale. It helps me meal plan and stock up on items that my family eats all the time.
Have you ever noticed that your kids will eat things when served in a different style? For example – my kids love anything on a stick! So I will make fruit kabobs, meat kabobs and they will even eat the veggies that I grill.
So sometimes I like to serve dinner in a different way to make them a little more interested.
Easy Chicken Alfredo Dip is a recipe that makes dinner time more fun. You bake the ingredients together and then let the kids eat it with bread, carrots, broccoli and even chips. As we were eating it, we thought it would be delicious if we added a little ranch dressing or bacon.
Easy Chicken Alfredo Dip
- 1 Jar (Family Size 21.5 oz.) RAGÚ Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 2 cups of cooked chicken (I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
- 4 ounces cream cheese – room temperature
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dippers: bread, celery, broccoli, carrots, chips, etc.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375*. Grease a 9-inch pie pan and set it aside.
In a large saucepan, heat the RAGÚ Alfredo Sauce, chicken, cream cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, stirring it constantly.
Once it comes to a boil, transfer it to the pie pan. Mix the parmesan and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle it on top of the dip.
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese turns brown. Let it cool for about 5 minutes and serve with your choice of dippers. Pair it with a salad for a complete meal!
