This is a big year in our family. I will officially turn 45 this month so that means my mom will be 65 this year!
This year I have been helping my mom with her Medicare coverage. There are so many options. It can be overwhelming and confusing.
We visited websites, made phone calls, and even made an appointment to talk to someone about her options and the agent didn’t even show up!
During all this research I found out that Walmart has many ways to help you live well. They have health-related services. I’m sure you know you can get your flu and COVID-19 vaccinations at your local Walmart pharmacy while you shop, but did you know Walmart can also help you with Medicare Insurance coverage?
I’m the kind of person that likes to be able to do a lot of research, pick the plan I want, and get it online. And the Walmart Medicare website has been very helpful.
I also like that we can call the phone number on WalmartInsurance.com to speak with a licensed insurance agent who can help us find the best Medicare plan for my mom.
Depending on the Medicare plan you select, you may pay little or nothing for the following services
- Doctor visits
- Hospital stays
- Prescription drugs
- Preventative & screening services
- Dental care
- Eyeglasses and contacts
- Hearing aids
- Over-the-counter drugs
