I’ve been using this Bible for a little while now, and it’s my new daily Bible. It combines the beauty of Scripture with the freedom to journal, doodle, color, and reflect in your own unique way. One of my favorite features is the wide journaling margins. Whether you like jotting down prayers, sermon notes, or even little drawings, there’s plenty of space for your thoughts. Over time, this Bible becomes a personal keepsake — a reflection of your spiritual journey.

In a few years, I will love going back to scripture and seeing what I learned then.

This edition is large print (9.5-point type), which makes it so easy on the eyes during morning quiet time or Bible study groups. It’s set in a single-column layout, making it clean and easy to read, while the artwork and journaling space keep your time in the Word creative and personal.

With over 600 inspirational illustrations and Scripture quotes throughout, this Bible really encourages you to linger on each page, savoring God’s Word and your reflections.

If you’ve been looking for a new Bible to refresh your study time — or a beautiful gift idea for a loved one — I highly recommend ordering your copy today. You can learn more and grab yours at Lifeway.com. Shop for the entire family at HolmanGiftGuide.com

We like to have a special family meal together. The children have an egg hunt. This year the plastic eggs had wooden tokens inside with clues to solve a big puzzle. The kids had fun finding the eggs, examining the tokens with the symbols, totaling various types of tokens, assembling the puzzle and answering the questions. They then each got a bigger prize for being great detectives. Going to an Easter vespers service was memorable.

My Easter tradition are fairly simple. We start our day with a family trip to church. Then we have breakfast and spend time together. Sometimes, we have an outdoor egg hunt, and we always have a ham dinner.
