You know I love Naked Nutrition products, so when I saw they now have energy drinks, I knew we had to try them! I’m always on the lookout for energy drinks that don’t make me feel gross later—no crash, no weird aftertaste, and full of junk ingredients.
Lemonade Naked Sparkling Energy is really refreshing—not overly sweet or artificial like a lot of other energy drinks. My husband even said it reminded him of Chick-fil-A’s lemonade!

What I really liked is that Lemonade Naked Sparkling Energy is made with just six ingredients. It has 200mg of caffeine from organic, unroasted coffee beans, but it didn’t make me jittery like some stronger drinks do. I had it around 2 pm during that classic afternoon slump, and it gave me a nice boost that carried me through the rest of the day.
Another bonus: no sugar and only 15 calories. It’s sweetened with monk fruit and fermented cane sugar, so it doesn’t upset my stomach the way other sugar substitutes sometimes do. If you’ve ever had an energy drink that left you feeling bloated or just off, you’ll probably appreciate how light and clean this one feels.

Just chill it and pop the can open. I could see this being a great pre-workout drink too, especially on days when I don’t want something too heavy.
They do have a few other flavors like Strawberry Lemonade and Orange, so I’m planning to try those next. But for now, the Lemonade Naked Sparkling Energy one is a win for me—tart, fizzy, and not overly sweet.

If you’re looking for something with a clean ingredient list and a more natural feel, this one’s worth a try. I’ll be keeping a few in the fridge for those low-energy days.
