35 Crock Pot Freezer Meals

If you still haven't tried out my crock pot series - you are spending too much time in the kitchen! I now have 35 recipes that are published. This past week I went out of town with my daughter and my husband stayed home with our boys. I put together 5 new meals so that they would have dinners while I was gone. They were a huge hit!
Each set of recipes includes a printable shopping list and a printable recipe list.
While I was visiting my sister (who has a very busy schedule) I helped her put together the latest set of recipes. She couldn't believe how easy it was. Her family isn't often together for dinner time so she loved that when they came home there was food ready for them to eat!

Do I cook meals from frozen state or do I have to thaw prior to cooking? These recipes look wonderful and since I will be starting a new job outside of the home soon after working at home for 20 years, I need easy ways to feed my family.
