No Bake Apple Oatmeal Cookies

Last Updated on February 7, 2013 by Janell

I love no bake cookies. I don't usually burn my cookies, but I hate having to monitor the cookies. So when I came across this recipe for No Bake Apple Oatmeal Cookies - I knew I had to try them. I pretty much followed her recipe but I didn't add the walnuts. My kids aren't big fans of nuts in their cookies.

They were really easy to throw together. Plus I learned my kids love to eat grated apples. It's such a fun way to eat apples and they are eating fruit!
