LISTERINE® 21 Day Challenge Complete!

“I received a Target gift card to purchase LISTERINE® Brand products from Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. and The Motherhood as part of my participation in the LISTERINE® 21-Day Challenge. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this post are my own.”

Three weeks ago our family took the LISTERINE® 21 day challenge. Along with bruising and flossing, we took and extra  30 seconds at night and in the morning rinsing with LISTERINE® Antiseptic.  It has been 3 weeks so I am back to report on our progress.

I like to have a clean and fresh feeling mouth. After this challenge, I realize that I didn’t have that with just bruising alone. Taking the extra time to use  LISTERINE® Antiseptic in the morning and at night really made my mouth feel so much cleaner. I have no doubt that I have clean, fresh breath!

Beside the fact that my breath felt fresher, I also noticed that I had less issues when I would brush my teeth. Sometimes I would have a little redness in my gums after I brushed – but after these past 21 days I haven’t had any sore or puffy gums. I really think it is making a huge difference in my mouth.

Now that the challenge is over I will definitely still use LISTERINE® Antiseptic in the morning and at night. I have the extra 30 seconds to spend helping to protect my teeth and gums from any future problems.  Did you take the challenge too? Did you notice the difference?

It’s not too late to get started. Next time you are shopping, pick up a bottle of LISTERINE® Antiseptic and take 30 seconds in the morning and at night and I really think you will notice a difference!

Taking the Listerine 21 day challenge can also help children in need. For every person who posts a “Swish Selfie” to LISTERINE® Brand’s Facebook page, LISTERINE®Brand will make a $5.00 contribution to Oral Health America’s Smiles Across America®program, up to $85,000, toward their goal of connecting 210,000 children with needed oral health services in 2014.
