Strawberry Short Cake Recipe With Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt

Every night after the kids go to bed, I like to have a little snack. It's my "me moment". I have finished all the cooking and cleaning for the day and I am ready for a break. I usually eat something sweet that I don't want to share.
As I was picking up pudding cups at Walmart, I noticed Vanilla Bean Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt. It's strawberry season in Florida and I love to eat strawberry shortcake for dessert. Since I already had strawberries and angel food cake at home, I wanted to try to make strawberry short cake with Vanilla Bean Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt instead of whipped cream. It was so good - I want to share the easy recipe with you!
Strawberry Short Cake
- 1 slice of angel food cake
- 4 large strawberries cleans and cut
- 1 container of Vanilla Bean Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt
Instructions:
In a bowl place the cake, then strawberries, and yogurt. Take a "me moment" and indulge without judgement.
If you are an ice cream lover like I am, you will love this yogurt. It is so thick and creamy and very flavorful. They also make Raspberry Chocolate Chip and Mint Chocolate Chip flavors. I picked up a few of each flavor and only got to eat the mint chocolate chip because my kids loved them so much. They are great for breakfast or a snack. You really feel like you are eating ice cream.
