Smart Lights – We love our Hue Lights. These connected lights allow you to change the color of the bulbs to whatever you’d like. There are built in commands to help with the correct lighting of reading, for getting ready for sleep, for waking up, and others. I’d love to have a bunch of these lights to set the mood throughout the house.
Wemo – the crock pot and smart switches are my favorite products that Wemo makes. We use a crockpot a lot at my house, so that would be a great help for us. This would be great because there are so many times I feel like I leave the house without turning off my hair straightener. I could check out my Wemo switch from my smart phone and shut it off from any where.
Having the correct temperature in my house is very important. I also like to save money. One of my favorite smart home product is the iComfort® S30 thermostat. It is a wireless-enabled touchscreen thermostat. It controls your entire system from the wall, like a standard thermostat, while also allowing you to monitor and adjust your temperature from anywhere in the world, using smartphone, tablet or laptop.
I love this option because I have left the house and realized I set the temperature really high or low. With the iComfort® S30 thermostat I can adjust the temperature, no matter where I am! This thermostat learns the temperatures you like and the rhythm of life that you live so that you can always have the right temperature in your house. You can also control it from your smartphone whether you’re at home or not. It helps your home be even more energy efficient.
