Use Mobile Payments With Regions Bank & Make Check Out Easier!

I love to use mobile pay - it makes shopping at your favorite stores a lot easier! Here are some of the options you have available when you shop online and in-stores. We all need a little more time around the holidays!
Visa Checkout:
Visa Checkout is a simple way to check out when shopping online. It lets you make quick purchases at participating merchants, eliminating the need to type in your card number and address every single time you checkout when making online purchases once you have registered.
Sign up for Visa Checkout at visa.com and enter the information for the card(s) you want to use. Then when you are checking out you log in and all that information is automatically entered! The security provided will give you confidence that personal and payment information are more secure. (Please note that even though it is a Visa product, you can add other non-Visa branded credit or debit cards.)
Apple Pay®:
If you want the simplicity of shopping in- store you can check out using your smart phone Apple Pay® allows you to store your Regions cards on a variety of Apple products. When you check out you pull up Apple Pay on your phone and you are done! Make your purchases with just a touch of your Apple Pay®-enabled mobile device.
It provides greater security! You'll get a unique account number for your device, so you don't have to store your card number.
How you use Apple Pay®:
- Add your Regions card to Apple Pay® using your Wallet app.
- At the cash register or checkout, use the Touch ID on your iPhone® by placing it near the merchant’s card reader to authorize your payment.
- You may also use Apple Pay® to pay online with your fingerprint in many merchant apps with your compatible Apple® device.
Android Pay™.
If you use an Android™ device you can use Android Pay™. It allows you to use your Regions cards with your Android™ phone. Pay on the go at participating merchants who accept contactless Visa® payments — just look for the contactless symbol or Android Pay™ icons at checkout. It provides a layer of security so that the merchant does not receive your account information. Instead, Android Pay™ uses a virtual account number to represent your account information.
How to use Android Pay™
- Download the free Android Pay™ app from the Google Play Store.
- Add your Regions card and make sure to select it as your default payment choice.
- Pay with a tap of your phone.
It is accepted at over one million stores across the US.
Regions Personal Pay®:
Personal Pay® is a simple, online personal payment solution to pay for items like holiday dinners with friends, gifts, and fundraisers. If you need to send money to someone this is a great option! It is powered by Popmoney®[i], a personal payment service that links over 2,400 banks and more than 56 million registered users. It's fast and it’s just a $1 fee each time you send money and there is no cost to receive funds through the service.
How to use Regions Personal Pay®:
- If you are a Regions Online Banking customer, simply select the Personal Pay link from the Payments tab to send money today.
- If you don’t use Regions Online Banking, enroll today.
Send money in as little as a few business days to your family and friends with only an email address or mobile phone number or an account number. They receive an email or text message to let them know that you have sent them a payment. They just register with their bank account information to receive the funds.
There you have it! There are so many ways you can bank smarter, faster, and easier. Sometimes when I am out I don't even need to bring my purse with me. I can do everything I need on my phone! Visit Regions Bank for more information.

These high tech ways to pay scare me a little. Seems like more methods for thieves to steal.
