It’s the new year – and if you are working on getting healthier in 2020 – I am sure that cutting back on your sugar intake is one of the ways you will reach your goals.
I love my drinks to have some bubbles in them – but I don’t like plain seltzer water. So I have put together an easy recipe so you can enjoy a sugar-free raspberry soda any day of the week.
Check out this recipe for a sugar free fruit punch made with apple cider vinegar.
Sugar Free Raspberry Soda Recipe
I love Truvia Natural Sweetener. It tastes just like regular sugar without the aftertaste that some other substitutes have.
- Naturally sweet from the stevia leaf.
- Keto-friendly
- No sugar. No calories. No doubts.
I have the spoonable and packets at home. Plus the packets are great to keep in your purse.
We love raspberries! So we always have frozen raspberries in our freezer.
All you need for this recipe are raspberries, Truvia, water, and plain seltzer water.
Put the raspberries, Truvia, and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it for 2:30 minutes.
Stir it around and add it to a blender. Once blended, strain it through a mesh sieve. (It’s ok if some of the seeds get through 🙂 )
You can store this raspberry syrup in your fridge for about 5 days. But it doesn’t last that long at my house!
Now to make your delicious drink:
- Pour 1/4 cup of the syrup into a cup.
- Fill the cup with ice and then pour about 1 cup of sparkling water over the ice.
- Give it a little stir and enjoy it!
This syrup will make about 7 cups of the Sugar-Free Raspberry Soda. So if you are having a party – you could pour it all into a pitcher, mix and serve!
