I love a batch of fresh homemade cinnamon rolls, but when you don’t have the time – this cinnamon rolls with half and half recipe will give you the fluffiness and delicious flavor of a classic canned cinnamon roll with the convenience of using a can of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls.

When you add the half and half to the canned cinnamon rolls, it makes the cinnamon rolls moist and tender.

It doesn’t get much easier than using store-bought cinnamon rolls with some half and half.  It’s great for busy mornings or when you have a house full of people you need to serve. They will think you spent hours making these cinnamon rolls, but you will know that they only took you a few minutes to make and pop into the oven!

Difficulty:  Easy | Prep time:  5 minutes | Bake time:  30 minutes | Servings:  16 cinnamon rolls

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages store-bought cinnamon rolls with icing (8 count) I really like Pillsburys Grands Cinnamon Rolls.
  • 1 cup half & half (or heavy whipping cream) 

Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a 13×9-inch or similarly sized baking dish with non-stick spray.  Set aside. Carefully open the packages with the cinnamon rolls.  Set the icing aside for now.

 

Gently separate the cinnamon rolls and place them in the prepared baking dish with the cut side facing up. Pour the half-and-half over the arranged cinnamon rolls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Cinnamon Rolls With Half & Half is an easy way to make canned cinnamon rolls fluffy and soft! It's really delicious.

Allow to cool for about 5 minutes. 

Spread the icing evenly over the tops of the cinnamon rolls and serve.
