Cinnamon Rolls with Half and Half
Difficulty: Easy | Prep time: 5 minutes | Bake time: 30 minutes | Servings: 16 cinnamon rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 packages store-bought cinnamon rolls with icing (8 count) I really like Grands Cinnamon Rolls.
- 1 cup half & half
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13×9 or a similar-sized baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Carefully open the packages with the cinnamon rolls. Set the icing to the side for now.
Gently separate the cinnamon rolls and place them in the prepared baking dish so that the cut side is facing up. Pour the half and half over the arranged cinnamon rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
Spread the icing evenly over the tops of the cinnamon rolls and serve.
Storage: Cinnamon rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat before serving.
