Ingredients
- 1 box (15 oz) white cake mix
- ¼ cup flour
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (10 oz) bag Easter M&M’s
Instruction
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until fully mixed. You can stir everything together by hand or use a mixer if you prefer.
Gently fold in the M&M’s until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop about one tablespoon of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing the cookies slightly apart.
Bake for 7–8 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
Allow the cookies to sit on the pan for about 2 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
