Ranch Cheese Ball

Are you looking for an impressive and easy recipe for New Year’s Eve? My Ranch Cheese Ball will impressive everyone. With just a few ingredients, this is going to be your new “go-to” appetizer recipe. I usually have all these ingredients in my house!

Ranch Cheese Ball

• 2- 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
• 3-½ cup shredded  cheddar cheese
• 1 (1oz) package Ranch Dressing Mix
• 1 ½ cups chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Combine cream cheese and Ranch Dressing powder in a large bowl.
2. Add the cheese and mix well.
3.  Form 1 large ball or 2 small balls with your hands
4. Roll in chopped pecans to cover the cheese balls.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Serve this with Ritz crackers or pretzels at your next party!

I sometimes cut this recipe in half so I don’t eat 2 cheese balls! This is soooooo good and so easy!
