3 Reasons To See THE GOOD DINOSAUR This Weekend

Unless you live under a rock, you have probably heard that Disney/Pixar has released a new movie – The Good Dinosaur. It’s from the creators of Inside Out and it’s another Disney movie that doesn’t disappoint!

Here are 3 reasons why you should see The Good Dinosaur this weekend!

Make it a Thanksgiving tradition – The Good Dinosaur is in movies theaters today and I can remember in years past my husband and I would always go to a movie on Thanksgiving night. We are not the type of people that stand in line to get a deal – so heading to a movie is a great way for our family to hang out and relax after a delicious dinner! A few years ago my husband took my kids to see Frozen in the theaters on Thanksgiving night and they loved it!

It’s a great story! I don’t want to give too much away but it’s about conquering your fears. Whether you are a child or an adult this message can touch you. We all have fears and sometimes we don’t have any other choice but to face it and conquer it. Hopefully you will be inspired by the courage in this movie to face your own fears!

Really fun characters – In the movie you get to know Arlo, Buck (his brother), Spot, The Pet Collector, and many more characters that will make you laugh. The voices fit perfect and it’s so fun to watch.

I have already seen this movie twice and I plan on taking my kids tomorrow to see this movie. They have watched every trailer and read the book and they are ready to see it on the big screen. I love making memories with them. I love that Disney has created another movie for my family to enjoy together! (Click here so you can read all about my Red Carpet premiere experience.)

The Good Dinosaur” asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (voice of Raymond Ochoa) makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

Directed by Peter Sohn and produced by Denise Ream (“Cars 2”), Disney•Pixar’s “The Good Dinosaur” opens in theaters on Nov. 25, 2015.
