One way to make it easier for kids to eat better foods is to put it in a fun smoothie. And since it is so hot outside - now is the perfect time to whip up a cool, refreshing, and healthy smoothie for your kids to enjoy. A huge kid favorite smoothie is a Berry Banana Smoothie! It's so easy to make and is the perfect mid-afternoon snack after playing outside with friends!

Berry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ cup orange juice, nut milk, or soy milk (your choice!)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed above.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until it is mixed well.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
Tip- add your cup to the freezer about an hour before serving for an extra frosty cold smoothie!
