There are so many people searching online for a gluten-free cookie recipe. They want something that is still going to taste delicious even though it is a flourless cookie.

My husband is a student pastor. Every week I serve dinner for about 50 people after our time with the youth group. We have a few kids and adults that are gluten-free so I try to make sure I have yummy dessert options for them to enjoy.

It's hard to find the perfect combination of ingredients that create a  cookie that tastes like "regular" cookies but they are made without flour.
