Tips to make creamy peanut butter fudge:

  • Do not use natural peanut butter – it has too much oil. Use smooth peanut butter or crunchy peanut butter if you want a little texture in this fudge.
  • Line the pan with parchment paper. This will make it easier to remove from the pan to cut it into squares.
  • This easy recipe uses granulated sugar and not powdered sugar.

Make sure you share this old fashioned peanut butter fudge because if you are like me and have no self control – you may eat the whole pan. It’s good fudge!
