My kids love a gourmet breakfast and I love a delicious breakfast that is easy to make.  So this recipe for Peaches and Cream Baked Oatmeal is the best oatmeal to make for your family.

It’s so easy to throw all the ingredients together and let it bake. Then there are so many ways to customize this delicious recipe.

Tips to make the best oatmeal:

  • Topping ideas: whipped cream, vanilla yogurt, fresh berries, warmed cream or milk, or brown sugar.
  • This oatmeal keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Just reheat and serve!
  • I would not recommend quick oats for this recipe. This recipe uses regular old-fashioned rolled oats. Quaker is a great brand.
  • Gluten-free oats can be used as a substitute.

This is also going to be a great breakfast option when my family comes to visit us. They usually all come together so including my family we have about 15 people in our home to feed.
