How to make buffalo chicken meatballs in the air fryer

This recipe is made in an oven so I can make a lot more at the same time, but you can also convert this into a recipe you can cook in your air fryer.

Bake in your air fryer for about 12 minutes at 400ºF. Check at 12 minutes, and cook an additional 2-3 more minutes if needed. Cooking time will depend on the air fryer and the size of the meatballs. You may have to make them in 2 batches.

Keto Chicken Meatballs with Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ – ¾ cups buffalo sauce
  • Some green onions for garnish

 

Cooking Process

Preheat the oven to 400* degrees f. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cover with a little bit of oil and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken and spices. Form into 1 inch balls and place on the cookie sheet. Spritz the chicken meatballs with olive oil cooking spray.
